Sport Durst Subaru Drives Change with Women At Risk, International - Macon B
At Sport Durst Subaru, we believe every journey should lead to hope. That’s why, as part of our Subaru Love Promise, we recently partnered with Women At Risk, International to host a special WAR Chest Boutique Pop-Up right inside our showroom. The event brought together customers, team members, and our community to shop unique, handcrafted products made by survivors of human trafficking and at-risk women from around the world. From stunning jewelry to artisan home décor, every piece told a story of courage, restoration, and new beginnings. Through WAR, Int’l’s mission, women are given more than rescue—they’re given a chance to rebuild. Safe houses, vocational training, education, and healing programs ensure survivors are equipped for a future filled with dignity and independence. By hosting this event, Sport Durst Subaru not only helped raise awareness, but also provided a platform for our community to take part in shopping that saves lives. Thanks to your participation, every purchase made during the pop-up directly supported survivors—returning hope to hearts that have endured the unimaginable. The Subaru Love Promise is our pledge to make the world a better place, and this partnership is a powerful reminder that together, we can be the difference. Sport Durst Subaru Donates $4,000 to Support Adoption First Animal Rescue - Macon B

In partnership with the ASPCA, we’re proud to share a moment that truly embodies the Subaru Love Promise: a $4,000 donation to Adoption First Animal Rescue. This generous contribution is part of Subaru’s national commitment to helping pets find loving homes and supporting local shelters that make a difference every day. Adoption First Animal Rescue, based right here in our community, works tirelessly to rescue, care for, and rehome animals in need. From dogs saved from high-kill shelters to cats rescued from unsafe environments, their team gives countless animals a second chance. Together, we’re not just making a donation—we’re making a difference. Because at Sport Durst Subaru, love is always the first drive.
Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville Teams Up to Support Local Community - Nate R
Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Jacksonville, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/30/2025, Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville donated 252 coats & 252 shoes/socks to United Way of Onslow County. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.

Sport Durst Subaru and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society worked together to provide blankets and patient care kits to cancer patients at the Onslow Memorial Hospital Foundation. We donated over 80 blankets to cancer patients and 10 patient care kits
SPORT DURST SUBARU SUPPORTS THE PD3 FOUNDATION - Macon B
Sport Durst Subaru is proud to partner with the PD3 Foundation. For the month of May we partnered with the PD three foundation to help raise mental health awareness as well as every core we sold we donated $50 a car to the foundation. We were able to donate over $25,000 to the PD3 Foundation. The PD3 Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in April 2021 in memory of Parker K. DuBois. Its mission is to promote mental well-being for individuals and families through awareness, support, and advocacy. The foundation focuses on youth mental health, aiming to prevent suicide and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.
Blood Drive 7/10/2025 - Macon B
Sport Durst Subaru is proud to partner with the American Red Cross. We worked together with the Red Cross to set up and host a blood drive in our showroom on 6/10/2025, with the goal of collecting 21 Units of blood. Together with the Red Cross we were able to meet our goal of 21 units and collect a total of 21 units of blood. Every unit of blood donated is able to help 3 people so in turn us as a community was able to help 63 people with only 21 units of blood. Sport Durst Subaru and American Red Cross would like to thank everyone that came out to donate blood. Y’all helped us to make a big impact in our community.

We here at Sport Durst Subaru are proud to sponsor the Rolling Thunder Inc. We helped to sponsor the Rolling Thunder Inc. Chapter NC-5 in the 23rd Annual Chill Chili Poker Run. The Rolling Thunder Inc. helps to provide any qualified dependent child of the military veteran who is enrolled in a college program a chance to earn an additional boost to help defray the cost of attending that college.

Hope For The Warriors has been honored to partner with Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville for over six years, and in 2025, their dedication to service members, veterans, and military families has never been stronger. Through their generous participation in the Subaru Share The Love® Event, Sport Durst Subaru continues to invest in our programs —bringing their total impact to nearly $30,000 in direct support of HOPE’s mission. Over the years, these contributions aided in more than 175 suicide prevention screenings, 350 days of housing assistance, and over 200 hours of career transition support—tangible resources that change lives and restore stability for our warrior community. But their commitment goes beyond donations. In 2025, Sport Durst Subaru is the proud Presenting Sponsor of HOPE's Jacksonville Run For The Warriors®: First Mile & Trunk or Treat, standing alongside us as we honor and celebrate the strength and resilience of our military families. Their presence as a sponsor reflects their holistic dedication to HOPE—not just through financial support, but through community engagement and visible action. This level of involvement wouldn’t be possible without champions like Macon Barbour, whose passion and leadership have made every collaboration seamless and heartfelt. His belief in HOPE has been a true gift, and we are grateful for his continued support. OPERATION WARM HELPING A LITTLE GIRL GET SHOES - Macon B
Big thanks to Sport Durst Subaru and Operation Warm. Thanks to these to organizations we were able to help a 6-year-old disabled little girl who has a hard time finding shoes that fit her and was able to wear the sneakers due to the new design. Her foot braces make it really difficult to fit into shoes. Last year's shoes didn't work for her.

Sport Durst Subaru is proud to partner with the American Red Cross. Together with the Red Cross we were able to crush our goal of 10 units and collect a total of 15 units of blood. Every unit of blood donated is able to help 3 people so in turn us as a community was able to help 45 people with only 15 units of blood.
