Sport Durst Subaru Supports HOPE for the Warriors 1-Mile Fun Run & Trunk-or-Treat 🎃🇺🇸 - Macon B
At Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville, love isn’t just something we speak about — it’s something we show up for. And this fall, we were honored to live out the Subaru Loves to Care Promise in a way that celebrated the heart of our community: our military families. Sport Durst Subaru proudly sponsored the HOPE for the Warriors 1-Mile Fun Run, where kids, parents, and supporters of all ages laced up their sneakers to run with purpose. Giggles mixed with cheering crowds as little feet flew across the finish line — every stride honoring our service members and veterans who inspire us with their resilience and courage. But the celebration didn’t stop there… Right after the run, HOPE for the Warriors® hosted a spirited Trunk-or-Treat event that transformed the space into a Halloween wonderland. Cars were decorated with spooky, silly, and candy-packed creativity as children paraded around in their favorite costumes. From superheroes to princesses to tiny firefighters, each smile reminded us that joy and community fuel real healing. Together, these events brought families together in a day filled with: 🎗️ Support for those who serve 🎃 Memories for local children 🚗 Community spirit fueled by love Sport Durst Subaru was there — not just as a sponsor, but as neighbors committed to the heroes who protect our freedom and the families who stand proudly beside them. Blood Drive 9/30/2025 - Macon B
Sport Durst Subaru is proud to partner with the American Red Cross. We worked together with the Red Cross to set up and host a blood drive in our showroom on 9/30/2025, with the goal of collecting 29 Units of blood. Together with the Red Cross we were able to crush our goal of 29 units and collect a total of 32 units of blood. Every unit of blood donated is able to help 3 people so in turn us as a community was able to help 96 people with only 32 units of blood. Sport Durst Subaru and American Red Cross would like to thank everyone that came out to donate blood. Y’all helped us to make a big impact in our community.

Sport Durst Subaru is proud to partner with One Place to support and sponsor Diamonds and Denim. Diamonds and Denim is a fundraiser to help One Place fill the gaps in funding. Which allows their organization to meet families where they are by providing the necessary services and support without funding restrictions. At Sport Durst Subaru, we believe every journey should lead to hope. That’s why, as part of our Subaru Love Promise, we recently partnered with Women At Risk, International to host a special WAR Chest Boutique Pop-Up right inside our showroom. The event brought together customers, team members, and our community to shop unique, handcrafted products made by survivors of human trafficking and at-risk women from around the world. From stunning jewelry to artisan home décor, every piece told a story of courage, restoration, and new beginnings. Through WAR, Int’l’s mission, women are given more than rescue—they’re given a chance to rebuild. Safe houses, vocational training, education, and healing programs ensure survivors are equipped for a future filled with dignity and independence. By hosting this event, Sport Durst Subaru not only helped raise awareness, but also provided a platform for our community to take part in shopping that saves lives. Thanks to your participation, every purchase made during the pop-up directly supported survivors—returning hope to hearts that have endured the unimaginable. This generous contribution is part of Subaru’s national commitment to helping pets find loving homes and supporting local shelters that make a difference every day. Adoption First Animal Rescue, based right here in our community, works tirelessly to rescue, care for, and rehome animals in need. From dogs saved from high-kill shelters to cats rescued from unsafe environments, their team gives countless animals a second chance. Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville Teams Up to Support Local Community - Nate R
Imagine going without a coat, shoes, or even socks. For millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations across the country, even here in Jacksonville, this is a harsh reality. Helping others strengthens communities, which is why Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville is partnering with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit focused on connecting children with the resources they need to thrive. Through this partnership and other Subaru Loves to Help® efforts, Subaru and retailers like Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville have helped nearly 900,000 children and adults in urgent need. On 01/30/2025, Sport Durst Subaru of Jacksonville donated 252 coats & 252 shoes/socks to United Way of Onslow County. These essential items not only help keep children protected, warm, and dry, it can have a significant impact on a child's mental and emotional well-being.
